All creative work, designs, concepts, and materials produced by The Ivory Studio remain the intellectual property of the brand unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Unauthorized use or reproduction of content is prohibited.

All deposits are non-refundable due to the custom nature of our services. Cancellations within 5 days of the scheduled event may incur additional fees. Custom items, event materials, and party kits are final sale and non-refundable.

Made-to-order items require 10–12 business days for processing. U.S. delivery typically takes 2–5 business days once shipped. Rush options may be available for an additional fee. We are not responsible for carrier delays or incorrect shipping information.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. Due to the custom nature of our products, all shipped items are otherwise final sale.

The Ivory Studio is not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, third-party vendors, or unforeseen events.

We may revise these terms at any time without notice. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of the then-current terms.
