The Ivory Studio is not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, third-party vendors, or unforeseen events.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable due to the custom nature of our services.
Cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled service or event may be subject to additional fees.
Rescheduling requests will be accommodated when possible but are not guaranteed and may incur additional costs.
Custom items, event materials, and party kits are final sale and non-refundable.
We are committed to working with our clients to find fair and thoughtful solutions whenever possible.
5. Delivery and Shipping Policy
All shipped items are made-to-order with care and intention.
Please allow 10–12 business days for processing prior to shipment.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within the United States. Tracking information will be provided once your order is on its way.
Rush orders and expedited shipping may be available upon request for an additional fee.
For South Florida clients, local delivery or pickup options may be offered when available.
The Ivory Studio is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
Due to the custom nature of our products, all shipped items are final sale.
